The R220 F3A Motor is a large stator inrunner type motor very similar to the Plettenberg 30-10. We have found this motor to be very efficient, quiet and a very cool running motor. We have found the the 220KV is best for 10S F3A setups and the 190KV is perfect for 12S F3A Setup.
